Our company needs the service of a qualified person to fill the position below;

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee budgets, ensures that budget goals are met in terms of revenue and expenses
• Establishes budgets and goals in coordination with executive leadership and business strategy
• Identifies staffing needs; makes and/or oversees hiring decisions
• Handle business travel arrangements for company personnel
• Continually seeks ways to improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness and profitability
• Negotiate vendor agreements for office equipment, supplies, service, warranties, etc.
• Track inventory levels of office supplies, drug orders and re-orders as needed
• Oversee personnel files
• Write and distribute memos, reports and other necessary documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information
• Participate in relevant professional organizations on behalf of the Hospital
• Management of staff overtime and night shift duties in the Hospital
• Management of staff attendance/punctuality
• Responsible for periodic monitoring and evaluation of employee’s opinion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Chief Medical Officer  or other supervisory personnel
• Oversees the pharmacy, stock control and overall audit of the hospital

Requirements:

• Minimum of a University Degree
• 3-5 years experience in similar field
